What is your first musical memory? How does that memory impact you today?

My earliest musical memory was being at home aged 3. I managed to catch Michael Jackson's Dangerous tour from Bucharest on television. The power and stage presence he had to jump out on stage, remain still for 2 minutes, and have the crowd scream and chant his name (and even have some of the fans pass out before the music had started) was immense. From that moment I knew music was a deep and spiritual art form that I wanted to be a part of and I have made sure to apply a deep passion behind my musical creativity right up until today.

How would you describe your art?

My art is definitely an extension of self. I locate joy in all types of experiences and scenarios in my life, so with my art I like to find the best elements in different styles and genres of music to then fuse them into one. I enjoy expressing this blend with my TrapHouse mixes.

What is your broadcasting setup?

I broadcast my DJ live streams with the Blast Box, which connects to my CDJs and mixer, all whilst simultaneously streaming the visuals of the stream on my Twitch channel.

What is your favorite broadcast you’ve made to date and why?

There was an interesting stream of just my productions and compositions I broadcasted in the early hours of the morning in December 2021 before I was to catch a flight. It was really encouraging to showcase my music for about two hours. I felt a real sense of accomplishment in providing sounds crafted by my own hands for the duration of the broadcast. Thanks to everyone who caught this mix before it disappeared!

What do you want listeners to know about?

After a busy few months, I am happy to be back inside the studio working on a few new projects for later this year and early 2023 that I am excited for. I am still continuing streaming 'The Loko Effect' weekly on Blast Radio and Twitch. Keep up to date with my day-to-day shenanigans here on Instagram.
